At an average a session last one hour

  • Always warm up for 5-10 minutes to prepare your body for exercise.

Losing fat while gaining muscle, also known as body recomposition, requires:

  • Eating a high-protein diet.
  • Maintaining a calorie deficit for fat loss but not too extreme to support muscle growth.
  • Combining strength training with some cardio.
